Russians attack mine in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast: worker injured

Russian forces have attacked a mine in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast belonging to DTEK, the largest private energy company in Ukraine, injuring one worker who was taken to hospital.

Details: "Overnight, Russian forces attacked one of DTEK's mines in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast," the statement reads.

A company employee was injured as a result of the strike.

"First aid was promptly provided at the scene, and he was transported to a medical facility where he is receiving the necessary medical treatment. Our colleague's condition is currently stable," the statement reads.

The company recalled that on 17 August, Russian drones carried out a mass attack on the territory of a DTEK mine in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast: one worker was killed and another injured.
