The death toll from the Russian attack on Kyiv on 1 September has risen to nine.

Background:

It was previously reported that eight people had been killed and five injured in the Russian attack on Kyiv on the night of 31 August-1 September.
A daytime drone attack on 1 September damaged a 16-storey residential building at the Misto Kvitiv residential complex in Kyiv's Podilskyi district, injuring three people.
