Drone wreckage found on beach in Romania

Tourists found drone wreckage on a beach in the Corbu area, near Capu Midia in Romania, on the morning of 10 September.

Details: The tourists spotted a suspicious object and notified the authorities, after which police arrived at the scene.

A team of bomb disposal experts from Romania's Ministry of Internal Affairs later arrived to examine the wreckage. After inspecting it, the team confirmed that the wreckage contained no explosive charge and neutralised it on site.
