Ukraine's drone forces have hit 285 Russian shadow fleet vessels in 10 weeks – video

Robert "Brovdi" Brovdi, Commander of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces, has said Ukrainian forces have "hunted down" 285 vessels belonging to Russia's shadow fleet in the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea since the beginning of Operation MoLoChKa ten weeks ago.

Details: Brovdi said the Unmanned Systems Forces had hit 215 vessels in July, 54 in August and another 16 between 1 and 11 September.

The operation has effectively stopped shadow fleet traffic in the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait and significantly disrupted it in the northern and north-eastern Black Sea, he noted.

Brovdi also posted a video which he said shows the Unmanned Systems Forces attacking a sanctioned shadow fleet oil tanker escorted by a Russian helicopter.

He stressed that revenue from Russian oil exports is used to finance the war against Ukraine.
