Trump says he will use Graham law if necessary
US President Donald Trump has said he is prepared to use the Graham Act on sanctions against Russia if necessary.

Details: In his speech, Trump mentioned that he had signed a "powerful new law passed by Congress" last week in honour of Senator Lindsey Graham, giving him significant new powers to impose tariffs.
"If necessary, I will have to use them. It's time to stop the killing," he said, referring to the need to bring Russia's war against Ukraine to an end.
Trump said the United States is working closely with the leaders of Russia and Ukraine to end the war.
