Russia attacks Ukraine with Zircon, Iskander missiles and nearly 300 drones
Russia attacked Ukraine with Zircon anti-ship missiles, Iskander-M ballistic missiles and 282 drones of various types on the night of 23-24 September. Strikes have been recorded at 13 locations.

- four Zircon anti-ship missiles
- three Iskander-M/S-400/KN-23 ballistic missiles
- one Banderol/Dan-T drone missile
- 219 Russian Shahed, Gerbera and other types of drones.
Details: Hits by aerial assets have been recorded at 13 locations and the fall of downed aerial assets (debris) at 10 locations.
Odesa and Kyiv oblasts have been the main targets of the attack.
On the night of 23-24 September (from 18:00 on 23 September), Russia attacked with Zircon anti-ship missiles from Kursk, Rostov and Oryol oblasts; Iskander-M/S-400/KN-23 ballistic missiles from Kursk and Bryansk oblasts; and 282 Shahed (some jet-powered) and Gerbera attack drones, Banderol/Dan-T drone missiles and Parodiya decoy UAVs from the Russian cities of Oryol, Millerovo, Shatalovo, Kursk and Primorsko-Akhtarsk, from the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk and from Hvardiiske and Chauda in temporarily occupied Crimea, as well as from the waters of the Sea of Azov.
Aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare assets, unmanned systems units and mobile fire groups from Ukraine's defence forces have been involved in repelling the attack.
The attack is ongoing, as several Russian drones are still in the airspace.
