Russian drone kills man in Kharkiv Oblast, four injured in another strike

A Russian FPV drone strike on a car has killed a man in Kharkiv Oblast, while four people, including two children, have been injured in a separate strike.

Details: The Prosecutor's Office reported that at around 12:00 on 26 September, Russian forces attacked a civilian car with an FPV drone on a road near the turn-off to the village of Pytomnyk in the Kharkiv district.

The 50-year-old driver died at the scene as a result of the strike.

A 73-year-old woman was also in the car. She was not injured.

Meanwhile, four people were injured in a strike on the village of Lebiazhe in the Chuhuiv district: a 56-year-old man, a 33-year-old woman, and two boys aged five and 12. Medics diagnosed them with shock.

The strike, reportedly carried out using a multiple-launch rocket system, partially destroyed a two-storey apartment building.

Around 15 cars parked nearby were also damaged. Windows were shattered and doors damaged in nearby buildings.
