Drones halt operations at another Russian oil refinery
An oil refinery in Russia's Volgograd suspended operations after a Ukrainian drone attack on 2 October.

Details: On 2 October, Andrei Bocharov, Governor of Volgograd Oblast, reported a large-scale UAV attack on industrial infrastructure, but did not specify which facilities were targeted.
Ukraine's General Staff later confirmed that the Volgograd oil refinery had been hit.
The Volgograd oil refinery is owned by Russian energy giant Lukoil. It can process about 14 million tonnes of oil per year, or 280,000 barrels per day, accounting for about 5% of Russia's total refining capacity.
Background: The refinery had previously suspended operations on 3 August. It was also attacked in late May and in February.
