Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has discussed the challenges posed by the US easing sanctions on Russian oil products with French President Emmanuel Macron.

Details: Zelenskyy noted that he and Macron spoke as Russia was carrying out a ballistic missile attack on Kyiv on Saturday.
