Quote: "The evacuation will be carried out with parents, guardians or legal representatives accompanying the children. Local military administrations, the police, rescue workers and the children's services are involved in the operation."
Details: Filashkin said the decision was made to prevent further child casualties.
He promised that people would be accompanied at every stage, from departure to arrival at a reception centre and subsequent accommodation in safer regions.
"The safety situation is deteriorating, and waiting until the danger reaches your home is too great a risk. This is especially true when children are involved. I urge parents not to delay. Evacuation saves lives," the head of the administration stressed.
He also published a list of streets from which the evacuation will be carried out.
Kramatorsk is just over 10 km from the front line.
