Details: Pasichnyk claimed that Ukrainian forces had attacked the energy infrastructure of the so-called "Luhansk People's Republic" (LPR), a Russian-backed entity in occupied Luhansk Oblast.
Emergency power cuts were introduced across 23 so-called municipalities, including Luhansk. In the city, outages were reported in the Leninskyi, Kamianobridskyi and Artemivskyi districts.
Pasichnyk noted that the threat of further attacks remains.
