President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on Twitter: "Russian occupation forces are trying to occupy the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. Our people are giving their lives so that the tragedy of 1986 does not happen again. I have told this to Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Anderson. This is a declaration of war throughout Europe".
