According to Hrozev: "It is difficult to say when the war will end because, most likely, there won’t be an abrupt end – like ‘today the war has ended’. I’m afraid that there will be a period of time when it won’t be clear whether the war has ended. But there will be no more bloodshed, and that’s the most important thing.

We are approaching this point, it’s a matter of a week – 10 days. Because Russia’s position is weakening, they understand that, and it would suit them better not to declare the end of the war – because that would mean admitting that they lost, but to halt it provisionally at some point."

Background: According to the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine, Russian occupying forces have already deployed at least 95% of their battalion-tactical groups and are suffering losses on all fronts.
