Russian occupiers are inducing citizens of Nova Kakhovka, Kakhovka, and Tavriisk to become collaborators by joining a Russian organised police force.

Details: In the future, everyone who "is qualified and establishes himself" will be employed "in those authorities."
Background: On 15 March President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed legislation establishing criminal liability for cooperation with Russia. In Ukraine, collaborative activities are punishable with 15 years of imprisonment.
