Russian infiltrators are now operating across all of Ukraine, including in its western regions.

According to Monastyrsky: "We can no longer name any regions that have been spared from shootings or where sabotage and reconnaissance groups [SRGs] are not active. Unfortunately, we are used to this now. For example, in Kyiv I receive information about members of the enemy SRGs and artillery observers every day. They are also operating in the Lviv, Ivan-Frankivsk, and Rivne regions. This problem is everywhere today."
