Details: The Russian propaganda publication quotes the press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov:
"Mishustin, Matvienko, Volodin, Medvedev, Patrushev, Kolokoltsev, Lavrov, Shoigu, Bortnikov, Naryshkin and Sergei Ivanov were present."

According to Peskov, the Russian Defence Minister "reported on the progress of a special military operation (war in Ukraine - ed.), the provision of humanitarian aid and security, and restoration of vital infrastructure in the liberated territories."
"There was a detailed conversation about the negotiation process with Ukraine. It was noted with regret that there is slowness on the Ukrainian side," Putin's spokesman said.

It was also reported that on Thursday Russian journalists were told by the Russian Defence Ministry that General of the Army Sergei Shoigu held a meeting on the implementation of the state defence order.

Background: Shoigu had not been seen in public for almost two weeks prior to this, prompting speculation about his health.
