Ukraine-Russia negotiations: Russia will drastically “reduce military activity” on two fronts

The Russian delegation in Turkey claims that Russia will radically reduce military activity in Kyiv and Chrnihiv.

Details: The Russian delegation called the negotiations "сonstructive."

They note that Russia has decided to drastically reduce military action in Kyiv and Chernihiv.

According to Medinskiy: "The government’s decision is based on an understanding that Kyiv will approve the decision and create appropriate conditions for further work."

Background: The talks between Ukraine and Russia in Istanbul, Turkey, have ended.

Ukrainian delegates said that Ukraine wants guarantor countries to offer security guarantees that will be more decisive than NATO’s Article 5.
