Quote: "We are uniting a coalition for the sake of justice against Russia's aggression. Two countries have already launched their own criminal proceedings against Russia's invasion on our land.

The Lithuanian Prosecutor General's Office has launched a pre-trial investigation for aggression, illegal conduct with people prohibited by international law, as well as prohibited military attacks by Russia in Ukraine.

The Polish Prosecutor General's Office has launched an investigation dedicated to the beginning and escalation of the war operation".

Details: According to Venediktova, other countries are also in the process of starting such proceedings and launching investigations.

"Why is this important? Our colleagues will also collect and document the testimonies of people fleeing the war, all the evidence to bring the aggressor to justice at all possible levels," she explained.

According to Venediktova, Ukraine is already investigating 13 suspected high-ranking Russian officials and stated that there will be thousands of them.

"And we must do everything we can to ensure that a 'red flag' awaits them on the border of every civilized country, and that their villas and yachts are confiscated to rebuild our country, which they are destroying with their deadly missiles," she added.
