Ukrainska Pravda locates Kadyrov’s villa in Dubai

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov is using a villa located on the territory of a 5-star Dubai hotel. The estimated value of the property is 7 million USD.

Details: Thanks to Kadyrov’s and his entourage’s love of social media, Ukrainska Pravda was able to find out where in the UAE the villa belonging to Putin’s accomplice is located.

Between 2021 and 2022 alone, Kadyrov was able to visit the UAE 14 times using his private jet Airbus A319 valued at approximately 80 million USD.

His villa is located on the territory of the 5-star Zabeel Saray Royal Residences hotel in Palm Jumeirah, on Dubai’s famous archipelago of artificial islands.

Kadyrov’s villa is at number 21, one of the two largest on the property, and has a comfortable, secluded location.

Kadyrov constantly hosts guests there. For instance, in 2017, he was photographed there with the boxer Mike Tyson.

Villas that are half the size can be found for sale at around 7 million USD. 

After the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Ukrainska Pravda’s sources were able to visit the property and take photos of Kadyrov’s villa.

According to Ukrainska Pravda’s sources, 3-4 of Kadyrov’s Chechen guards permanently reside in the smaller villa next door.

The villa is taken care of by Turko Daudov, the official advisor and representative of the Chechen leader in Arab and Muslim countries.
