According to Orlov: "We have disappointing news about the evacuation convoy from Enerhodar, which today [30 March] left for Zaporizhzhia along the green corridor that was agreed upon."

Unfortunately, the situation is exactly the same as yesterday! Having successfully passed Dniprorudny, the convoy of cars were unable to pass Vasylivka. People were not allowed [by the Russian troops] to move further.

After long hours of negotiations, hopes, and anticipation, the convoy had to return. Peaceful citizens, including many children, were again denied an opportunity to get to Zaporizhzhia!"
