According to Kyrylenko: "Russian troops have once again used phosphorous ammunition – today, in Maryinka. There were 10 fires in the city, all extinguished by State Emergency Service workers.

The towns of Heorhiyivka, Novokalynove, and Ocherytne have also come under fire – there are no casulaties among civilians, but several buildings have been damaged.

Avdiyivka is once again without electricity as a result of shelling."

Details: In a joint news marathon broadcast of the Ukrainian TV channels, Kyrylenko noted that the use of phosphorous ammunition by the Russian troops has been officially recorded.

"Everything is recorded. I relay the information that I have myself seen. I have seen photographic evidence of this."
