Strike on Mykolaiv Regional State Administration: death toll rises to 28

The number of victims of the Russian missile strike on the Mykolaiv regional administration building on 29 March has risen to 28.

Details: As of 10:00 today, the bodies of three more people have been recovered from under the rubble of the Mykolaiv Regional Administration building. The total number of fatalities therefore stands at 27.
Work on clearing the building rubble continues and is being carried out around the clock.
Background:
Russian troops struck Mykolaiv with a missile on the morning of 29 March, destroying the central part of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration building. The strike occurred as the staff were arriving for work.
