Russian shells fall on playgrounds in Kharkiv, two people dead

A man and a woman have been killed as a result of Russian shelling of the Osnovianskyi district of Kharkiv – shells fell on playgrounds.

Quote: "According to the investigation, on 18 April 2022, at about 11:50 am, the Russian occupiers fired on the Osnovianskyi district of Kharkiv. The shells fell on childrens’ playgrounds near residential buildings.
A man and a woman have been killed in the shelling. A number of houses have also been damaged."
Details: Under the procedural guidance of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched on violations of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
