Details: The Minister of Energy added that 11 representatives from "Rosatom" (the Russian state nuclear power corporation) appeared at a certain time; they are all identified by which plant they work at in Russia.

According to Mr Galuschenko, there are both representatives of "Rosatom" and Ukrainian employees currently at the plant.

The Minister stressed that the "Energoatom" staff is operating the nuclear plant. The plant itself "is operating and producing power, although in a limited amount, as some electric lines have been destroyed". Nowadays, there are only two electrical transmission lines.

In addition, according to Mr Galuschenko, there is information that some of the Russian electrical engineers want to return home; the reason for this is unknown, but "we have information that they are trying to leave the plant".

As for the Chornobyl NPP, the Russian occupiers are known to have pulled out from it.

"We have information that they set off like the Horde, stealing everything that is possible from there: from forks to computers".
