Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said there is no chance of Russian President Vladimir Putin appearing at a war crimes tribunal.

- European Parliament deputies voted in favour of a resolution on 7 April in which they called for a special UN tribunal to be set up to investigate war crimes committed against Ukrainians.
