Russian occupying forces abduct member of Nova Kakhovka council

Kakhovka City Territorial Community in the Kherson region, which is currently under Russian occupation, says a member of the City Council and the head of a local "dacha" village, Ihor Protokovylo, have been abducted by the Russian military.

Details: According to the latest available information, on 19 April the Russians took Protokovylo from his house. His current location is known.

Earlier, it was reported that on 30 April, a Kakhovka school principal was also abducted by the Russian military.
