Russians control most of Sievierodonetsk, fighting continues in the city – Luhansk Military Administration

The head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration said that the invaders control most of Sievierodonetsk.

Fighting is taking place only on the streets inside the city."
Details: According to Haidai, more than 90% of the region is temporarily under Russian occupation.
At the same time, Lysychansk is completely under Ukrainian control.
The head of the region noted that the Russians are shelling the city powerfully but chaotically: "we have huge destruction of the residential sector, there is no threat of our troops being encircled in the Luhansk region."
