Russians attack Dnipro with missiles

Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov has reported that Russian occupiers have attacked the city. He asked people not to post photos or videos of the site of the attack.

Details: Eyewitnesses posted photos and videos on social media of plumes of smoke after the Russian missiles landed. 

Where exactly the enemy hit, has not yet been reported.
