Odesa Oblast Military Administration reports 21 dead in Serhiivka, among them a child

As a result of a Russian missile strike on 1 July in the village of Serhiivka in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district of Odesa Oblast, 21 people have been killed. There is a child among them.

Details: Bratchuk reported that the number of dead has increased to 21. Among the victims is a 12-year-old boy. Bratchuk said the number of injured hadn’t increased.

At the same time, the State Emergency Service did not confirm Bratchuk's statement about 21 dead to Suspilne. According to the latest data from the rescuers, 20 people died from missile attacks in Odesa region, and one person is still being sought.

Before that, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported 20 dead in Serhiivka, of which 16 died in the residential building and four more at the Recreation Centre.

38 people are currently injured, 37 from a nine-storey building (6 children). They're all in hospital.

Rescuers say they have rescued 8 people, including three children.

Previously: At night in Odesa Oblast, a strike by an enemy missile was recorded. 

Later, the deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, said that the Russians launched missile strikes on the village of Serhiivka.
