The Armed Forces of Ukraine have repelled a Russian attempt to conduct reconnaissance-in-force in the direction of the Lysychansk gelatine factory.

Details: On the Lysychansk and Bakhmut fronts, Russian occupying forces are using tubed and rocket artillery to fire on the areas around Sydorove, Pereizne, Kryva Luka, Maiaky, Siversk, Pryvillia, Lysychansk, Vovchoiarivka, Zolotarivka, Bakhmut, Klynove, Kodema, Niu-York, Novoluhanske, Berestove, Loskutivka, Pokrovske, Zaitseve, Travneve and Vershyna. Russian aircraft conducted airstrikes on the areas in the vicinity of Klynove and Pokrovske.

Russian forces on the Sloviansk front are defending their previously occupied positions and are regrouping in an attempt to improve their tactical positions. They fired artillery near Dolyna, Mazanivka, Dibrivne, Hrushuvakha, Dovhenke, Krasnopillia, Asiivka, Sloviansk, Mykilske, and Bohorodychne.

On the Avdiivka, Kurakhove, Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia fronts, Russian troops fired on the areas around Avdiivka, Novoselivka Druha, Vodiane, Tonenke, Krasnohorivka, Pisky, Orikhiv, Shevchenko, Novomykhailivka, Hirske, Huliaipole, Vremivka, Vuhledar, Novoandriivka, Chervone, Staroukrainka, Zaliznychne and Mariinka using artillery equipment with a range of different calibres, and tanks.

There were no significant changes on the Volyn, Polissia and Sivershchyna fronts. Russian forces fired artillery on Hremiach, Mykhalchyna Sloboda and Kolos in Chernihiv Oblast and on Starykove and Atynske in Sumy Oblast.

On the Slobozhanshchyna front, Russian occupying forces used artillery to fire on the areas around Chepil, Zolochiv, Ruska Lozova, Rubizhne, Khrestyshche, Pechenihy, Kharkiv, Pytomnyk, Bazaliivka and Prudianka. Two Russian Ka-52 helicopters conducted an airstrike near Mospanove. Russia continued to conduct aerial reconnaissance in the area.

On the Pivdennyi Buh front, Russia continued to fire on Posad-Pokrovske, Stepova Dolyna, Tavriiske, Prybuzke, Oleksandrivka, Myrne, Shevchenkove, Novohryhorivka, Shyroke, Partyzanske, Blahodatne, Pervomaiske, Kobzartsi, Chervonyi Yar, Kavkaz, Stepove, Kalynivka, Velyke Artakove, Dobrianka, Potiomkine and Mykolaivka. Russian aircraft conducted an airstrike in the vicinity of the village of Divizia.

Two Russian naval high-precision missile carriers remain in the waters of the Black Sea, at the ready to launch missiles at Ukrainian territory.

In Mykolaiv Oblast, an anti-aircraft missiles unit of the Air Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces shot down and destroyed a Russian Forpost UAV worth approximately $7 million.

Ukrainian aircraft and rocket artillery units continue to target Russian logistical and refuelling centres and groupings of military equipment and personnel.

"An active conscription campaign has commenced on the territory of the Eastern Military District of the Russian Federation following significant losses among the personnel of units belonging to this district. In particular, a conscription office has been established to mobilise reservists in the city of Vladivostok and in Sergeevka, a site of permanent deployment of the 127th Motorised Rifle Division of the 5th Combined Arms Army," the General Staff reported.
