Details: Ihnat said that Su-25 attack aircraft and Su-24M bombers, with the support of Army helicopters, were continuing to provide air support to ground troops in the southern and eastern regions of Ukraine, despite the large number of Russian air defences that the occupiers have concentrated in the temporarily occupied territories.

As for the current day, the Air Force spokesman noted that Air Force strike aircraft had destroyed an ammunition depot belonging to a Russian troop grouping on the Pivdennyi Buh front.

Attack aircraft and bombers also struck a cluster of weapons and military equipment on the Izium and Donetsk fronts. Up to thirty pieces of equipment belonging to the occupying forces were destroyed.

At the same time, according to the Air Force, the Russian invaders launched missile strikes from the Black Sea on 12 July at around 14:30. This time, the Russians fired four Kh-31 surface-to-air missiles from Su-30 fighters.

The missiles were aimed at the coastal zone of the Odesa region. The missiles failed to reach their targets.

Quote: "The Air Force's anti-aircraft missile forces continue to control the airspace, keeping the occupiers' aircraft at bay. During the day, one air target was destroyed - an operational-tactical UAV, which the Russians were using to carry out aerial reconnaissance."
