On the morning of 23 July, Russia launched missiles on the port of Odesa, where grain was stored; the blast damaged the building of the Fine Arts Museum.

The blast damaged the windows in the building of Odesa Fine Arts Museum.

According to the updated version of the nomination dossier, which will soon be submitted by Ukraine to UNESCO, the port area will be included in the buffer zone of the World Heritage site. The port is located close to objects of Odesa's cultural heritage."
