Details: According to intelligence, Russian PR specialists and political strategists have already arrived in Melitopol. They are based on the premises of the Foxtrot store occupied by the invaders.

Their task is to prepare for the ‘elections’ and ‘referendum’. The first result is the creation of the so-called public movement ‘We stand together with Russia’. Its members  will be used as paid background actors in the events allegedly supporting the ‘referendum’ by local residents.

Most of all such a performance is aimed at the citizens of the Russian Federation in order to reduce the degree of dissatisfaction with the war among the local population, the National Resistance Centre notes.

Such a recruitment centre for collaborators is already operating in Berdiansk. Russian ‘volunteers’ are engaged in hiring background actors, and they themselves will take part as extras.

People need to provide their passport data and receive the money and ‘humanitarian aid’ for their participation in the events, this should help them survive the food crisis that the Russians themselves created.

Also: The Russian-appointed puppet Deputy Head of the Kherson Oblast Administration, Kyrylo Stremousov, quoted by the invader's propaganda, expressed confidence that the pseudo-referendum on joining Russia will take place and "no one will interfere with it."

Reminder: It is the Russian teachers who are preparing for the ‘referendum’ in Luhansk Oblast, because the overwhelming majority of the local teachers did not agree to man the ‘polling stations’.
