Kharkiv shelling: 3 dead, 5 more injured

Russian troops massively shelled the Nemyshlianskyi district of Kharkiv on the evening of 7 July, killing three civilians.

Quote from Syniehubov: "Residential buildings, garages, containers and outbuildings have been damaged. Our rescuers spent the entire evening extinguishing the fire. 3 civilians died and 5 have been injured as a result of the shelling."

Details: Syniehubov said that the night of 7-8 July was the first time in several weeks that there had been no night-time shelling of Kharkiv.

The occupiers tried to advance towards Dementiivka, but Ukrainian defenders stopped the attempt and forced the Russians to retreat.

Background: During the evening of 7 July, the occupiers shelled Kharkiv using MLRS, and there were explosions in Mykolaiv in the morning of 8 July.
