Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories, particularly in the south, are once again being asked to evacuate urgently, because "the unfolding of events is powerful and dynamic".

Details: Humeniuk said that "the unfolding of events is now very powerful, the situation is changing dynamically", and due to that residents of the territories occupied by Russia should evacuate as soon as possible or find a shelter where they can wait out the fighting.
The Kherson Oblast Council also urges Ukrainians to stay as close as possible to safe places, stock up on food/water, and check first-aid kits. If there is a Russian military facility nearby, it is better for people to move away.
