Russians hit heat power plant in Kharkiv and two targets near the city — Adviser to Head of the Office of the President

On Sunday, the Russians hit HPP-5, the largest heat power plant in Kharkiv, as well as critical infrastructure facilities near the city.

Quote from Podoliak: "Deliberate, direct strikes on critical civilian infrastructure, in particular on a heat power plant in Kharkiv, are an unconditional manifestation of Russian terrorism and the Russian leadership’s desire to leave masses of civilians without electricity and heat. What a cowardly "answer" to the flight of its own army from the battlefield.
Two cruise missiles have hit critical infrastructure facilities near Kharkiv."
Details: At the same time, Tymoshenko said that a number of oblasts were left without electricity: Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk and part of Donetsk.
According to Tymoshenko, power outages may occur throughout the country.
Background: On Sunday evening, residents of Kharkiv Oblast reported power outages in several districts of the city of Kharkiv and across Kharkiv Oblast; blackouts were also reported in Poltava and Sumy oblasts.
Some cities and hromadas [administrative units designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories] in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast were left without power following Russian attacks on the energy infrastructure.
