Russia has already lost 53,850 soldiers, 2,193 tanks and 4,682 armoured fighting vehicles in the war against Ukraine.

Details: Total combat losses of the Russian forces between 24 February and 15 September 2022 are estimated to be as follows [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses - ed.]:

• Approximately 53,850 (+200) military personnel
• 2,193 (+13) tanks
• 4 682 (+17) armoured combat vehicles
• 1 295 (+5) artillery systems
• 311 (+0) multiple-launch rocket systems
• 167 (+0) air defence systems
• 250 (+4) fixed-wing aircraft
• 215 (+0) helicopters
• 908 (+0) operational-tactical UAVs
• 233 (+0) cruise missiles
• 15 (+0) ships/boats
• 3 522 (+21) vehicles and tankers
• 120 (+0) special vehicles

The Russian forces suffered the greatest losses on the Kryvyi Rih and Mykolaiv fronts.
