Quote: "Violating the norms of international humanitarian law and the laws and customs of war remains the norm for Russian military personnel on the temporarily occupied territories [of Ukraine].

For example, the occupiers have forcibly relocated residents of Honcharivka and Kuzmenivka in the Svatove district further into the occupied territory of Luhansk Oblast in order to conceal the fact that they are undertaking measures to reinforce their positions there.

The occupiers captured milk trucks in several hromadas [administrative units designating a city, town or village, or a group of villages, and their adjacent territories - ed.] in Mykolaiv Oblast and are using them to covertly transport fuel to areas of hostilities."
