Ukraine’s Presidential Office urges mobilised Russians to surrender; they will not be forced to return to the Russian Federation

Mykhailo Podoliak, the Advisor to the Office of the President of Ukraine, urged Russians who are mobilised to the Russian army to surrender. Ukraine guarantees their lives and they will not be forced to return to the Russian Federation if they do not want to.
