Quote: "Ukrainian air defence units destroyed 4 aircraft (Su-25, two Su-30 and one Su-34), 5 UAVs and a cruise missile of the occupiers."

Details: Over the course of these 24 hours, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have repelled Russian attacks near Petropavlivka, Vyimka, Bakhmutske, Zaitseve, Opytne, Odradivka, Nevelske and Novomykhailivka.

To support the actions of ground groups, the defence forces' aircraft launched 19 strikes on positions of the Russian occupiers. 14 areas of concentration of Russian occupying forces (manpower and military equipment) and 5 positions of anti-aircraft missile systems were destroyed.

In particular, rocket troops and artillery hit 4 control points, more than 10 areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment, 3 positions of anti-aircraft missile systems and 4 ammunition storage sites. Losses of the Russian occupying forces are being ascertained.

At the same time, the invaders launched 5 missiles and 12 air strikes during the day, carrying out 9 MLRS attacks on military and civilian facilities on the territory of Ukraine, violating the norms of International Humanitarian Law and the laws and customs of war.

As a result of Russian strikes, more than 30 cities and towns were damaged, namely, Bakhmut, Mykolaivka, Kalynivka, Mykolaiv, Sukhyi Stavok, Pivdenne, Mali Shcherbaky.

The Russians opened fire from fired tanks, mortars and tubed artillery:

  • on the Sivershchyna front – in the districts of the settlements of Huta-Studenetska and Mykhailove (Chernihiv Oblast), and Pavlivka, Stukalivka, Seredyna-Buda, Myropilske, Krasnopillia, Mezenivka i Slavhorod (Sumy Oblast);

  • on the Kramatorsk front – near Pryshyb, Yarova, Ozerne, Dibrova, Raihorodok and Siversk;
  • on the Bakhmut front – in the vicitinies of Soledar, Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Vesela Dolyna, Odradivka, Zaitseve, Yakovlivka, Niu-York, Verkhnokamianske, Bilohorivka and Rozdolivka;
  • on the Avdiivka front – Avdiivka, Berdychi, Pervomaiske, Karlivka, Vodiane, Marinka and Novomykhailivka.
  • On Novopavlivka and Zaporizhia fronts, about 25 settlements were shelled; these were Vuhledar, Novoukrainka, Novosilka, Novopil, Bilohiria, Orikhiv, Temyrivka and Vremivka.
  • On the Pivdennyi Buh front, more than 40 cities and towns along the contact line were attacked. More than 60 sorties of Russian UAVs were also recorded, as they conducted reconnaissance and adjusted fire.

Partial mobilisation measures are ongoing in the Russian Federation. Due to the low morale and readiness of Russian citizens to participate in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine, representatives of the military enlistment offices walk door-to-door with immediate delivery of call-up notices to men of conscription age in populated cities and towns of Krasnodar Krai right since the mobilisation was announced. Police checkpoints are set up on the main roads to control the movement of the male population.

After a short training in training centres, mobilised personnel are supposed to be sent to replenish military units that suffered heavy losses during the war in Ukraine.
