Ukraine’s air defence shoots down 11 Shahed drones in morning, with drones flying to Kyiv from south

Ukrainian air defence units destroyed 11 Shahed-136 kamikaze drones on the morning of 17 October.

Quote: "In the area of ​​responsibility of Air Command Tsentr [Centre], which covers the northern and central regions of the country, anti-aircraft missile units and fighter aircraft destroyed nine Shahed-136 kamikaze drones.

There is also data on the efficient work of the Ground Forces' air defence [systems] on this front; at least two Shaheds were destroyed.

Details: The Air Force explains that all kamikaze drone attacks, particularly in Kyiv, were carried out from the south.
