After an air-raid siren was sounded, explosions have been heard in many oblasts of Ukraine.

Details: In particular, Rivne, Kyiv, Odesa, Chernihiv, and Kirovohrad oblasts are impacted.
Oleksii Kuleba, head of the Kyiv Оblast Military Аdministration, has said that air defence is working in the oblast, and urged residents to stay in shelters.
Problems are reported with the electricity and water supply.
