The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine says all Russian occupiers have left the villages of Charivne and Chkalove in Kherson Oblast, while officers and medical personnel have been evacuated from Beryslav.

Details: There has been an increase in cases of looting and illegal actions in the city of Kherson. The occupiers are seizing cars from the local population and trying to leave the city via a ferry crossing near the Antonivka Road Bridge.

In addition, the practice of using the premises of educational institutions to house Russian units continues in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia Oblast. At the same time, the children of local residents continue to be educated.

Background: Due to the "tense situation at the frontline", on 22 October the occupation "authorities" of Kherson region ordered residents to leave Kherson and move to the left bank of the Dnipro River.

On 20 October, it was reported that the Russian occupiers were moving military equipment and troops from the right to the left bank of the Dnipro River in Kherson region against the backdrop of the recent rapid successes achieved by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in liberating Kherson Oblast.
