Zelenskyy discusses Ukraine’s integration into EU and NATO with Meloni

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has discussed Ukraine's integration into the EU and NATO with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni; the dignitaries talked about the state of affairs in Ukraine as well.

The head of the Ukrainian state reported that he congratulated Meloni on her appointment as the Prime Minister of Italy.

Details: The previous conversation between Zelenskyy and Meloni took place on 4 October, when she had not yet been tasked with forming the country's new government. Back then, Meloni reaffirmed her support for Ukraine and emphasised that Russia's annexation of four Ukrainian oblasts "did not have any legal or political effect."
