Anti-aircraft defence system deployed in Kyiv, Poltava and Vinnytsia oblasts

Anti-aircraft defence systems were deployed in Kyiv, Poltava and Vinnytsia oblasts on the morning of 31 October. Air-raid sirens have been sounded throughout all of Ukraine.

Details: Residents of the city of Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast have reported hearing explosions. Air defence systems have been deployed in Kyiv Oblast. The heads of Vinnytsia and Poltava oblast military administrations have confirmed that anti-aircraft defences have been operating in their oblasts.
Air-raid sirens continue to sound throughout Ukraine.
