After Russian rocket attack on Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine’s Foreign MInister urges Western allies to transfer air defence systems faster

Dmytro Kuleba, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, has urged Western partners to speed up the supply of anti-aircraft and anti-missile defence systems to Ukraine after the recent Russian missile attack on Zaporizhzhia, which killed at least 12 people.

Details: As reported, on the night of 8-9 October, Russia conducted a missile attack on Zaporizhzhia, launching 12 missiles. According to preliminary data, at least 12 people were killed, and about 50 were injured.

The attack on Zaporizhzhia took place the day after the explosion on the Crimean Bridge, which the Russian side attributes to Ukrainian secret services.
