Dnipro under Russian fire

Borys Filatov, the Mayor of the city of Dnipro, has reported a strike of a Russian missile on the city around noon on 26 November.

Quote by Filatov: "According to preliminary data, following the strike, city communications and infrastructure have not been damaged. There is an automatic shutdown of several substations.

We are waiting for further details on the attack and information regarding the victims from the local military administration."

Details: Local residents report smoke in the city.

Since 11:38, the air-raid siren has sounded in the city.

Dnipro Oblast Military Administration reported seven partially destroyed private houses.
