Quote: "The Ruscists [Russians - ed.] have announced an ‘audit of solar power generating facilities’ in the occupied districts of Kherson Oblast. If the owners do not show up within a determined time frame to prove their ownership, their property will be ‘nationalised’ (stolen) and transferred to the fake company State Unitary Enterprise Khersonoblenergo, founded by the occupiers. Then the property will be taken to Russian territory."

Details: Furthermore, according to Defence Intelligence, locals have been warned that all marinas (even small ones in villages) are supposed to be empty. Any boats spotted there will be either seized or destroyed.

The occupiers are also seizing cars from locals to use them for their own purposes.

Previously: On 2 November, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the occupiers had begun to "evacuate" civilians not only from the right bank of Kherson Oblast, but from the left bank as well, and that the Russians are also planning to appropriate solar power facilities
