Details: According to the investigation, on Monday, Russian military personnel launched another artillery strike on the Kherson city and suburban settlements from the temporarily occupied territory.
As a result of shelling of a residential neighbourhood of the city, a woman has been killed, and four civilians have been injured to varying degrees.
Several flats in one of the high-rise buildings caught fire as projectiles hit the houses.
According to preliminary data, the attack involved the use of multiple launch rocket systems and artillery.
