Details: It is noted that, answering questions about the trend of increasing explosions in various regions of the Russian Federation, the brigadier general shared such a "prediction".

Quote: "There will be even more ‘cotton’ [Russian propaganda, initially refusing to use the word ‘vzryv’ (explosion), used ‘khlopok’ (a bang) instead. However, ‘khlopok’ also means ‘cotton’, and this has since become a meme – ed.] next year."
